Guests of Mein Schiff Relax, Mein Schiff 5, Mein Schiff 7, and invited guests from TUI will gather to celebrate this unique event together.

From 6:00 PM onwards, you will have access to the venue. The evening will commence at 5:30 PM with an exciting pre-show program to set the mood for the upcoming highlights. At 7:10 PM, we will officially welcome you. Starting at 8:30 PM, Robbie Williams will deliver a thrilling live concert, creating unforgettable moments. The official naming ceremony of Mein Schiff Relax will follow at 9:45 PM, culminating in a breathtaking fireworks display.

The naming ceremony event, including the Robbie Williams concert, will take place at the Port of Málaga near the cruise terminal. This is an open-air event that will proceed regardless of weather conditions. We recommend bringing weather-appropriate clothing. However, umbrellas are not permitted on the premises.

There will be no official shuttle service. You are responsible for organizing your own transportation. Please note that parking is not available at the venue. We advise using the official parking facilities in Málaga.

You will receive your Golden Circle or VIP wristbands at the entrance to the event venue. Please follow the signage accordingly.Please note that wristbands will only be issued upon presentation of a valid booking confirmation. In case of loss, wristbands cannot be replaced. Transfer to third parties is not permitted.

The naming ceremony event is a standing-only event. Bringing blankets or any kind of seating is not allowed.

Beverages and food during the event on land are subject to charges, as they are provided by a local catering service. Bringing your own food and drinks is not allowed.

There will be no cloakroom available at the venue. Please note that backpacks and large bags are not permitted on-site.

A meet-and-greet session will not take place.

The entire naming ceremony event will be conducted in two languages.

Certain items are strictly prohibited on the concert premises for safety reasons.

These include all types of weapons, such as knives, firearms, batons, and pepper sprays, as well as explosive substances or pyrotechnics, including fireworks and flares. Sharp or pointed objects like scissors, nail files, or tools are also not allowed. To ensure safety and smooth proceedings, glass bottles, cans, alcohol, drugs, and large bags or backpacks are strictly forbidden. Additionally, spiked umbrellas, laser pointers, and professional camera or video equipment are not permitted. Drones, oversized power banks, and any items that could pose a risk or disturbance to other guests are prohibited. As catering services will be available on-site, bringing personal food and beverages is not allowed. Camping chairs, large blankets, masks, and costumes are also forbidden for security reasons. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a safe and unforgettable event for all attendees.

Children and teenagers aged 6-15 may only attend the event when accompanied by a legal guardian. Teenagers aged 16 and 17 may participate with a signed parental consent form, which must be carried during the event and presented upon request. Children under the age of 6 are not permitted to attend.

The naming ceremony event is a standing-only event, meaning there will be no seating available. Subject to availability, a designated area will be provided for guests using wheelchairs or with certified severe disabilities. Important: This area will not have seating, and spaces are limited.

Guests dependent on a wheelchair can reserve this area in advance, subject to availability. We will proactively contact registered wheelchair users regarding this. For guests who do not require a wheelchair but possess a disability ID, we will assess available options on-site.
